Family pack sucks
The tickets were exactly where they were supposed to be by themselves and we didn't have any problems for this part. The problems started when we decided to take advantage of the Family pack with soda and one hot dog with each ticket. We were sent to a counter to another client service desk who referred us to another counter. We were referred by client service desk at the opposite of the ice to the other client service desk. They told us to go to a counter 2 levels lower upon arriving there. We ended up buying stuff because we didn't eat for lunch to keep room for the meal coming with the tickets. We decided not to go since we had already spent 30 minutes going from one place to another and had missed half of the first period in searching, and we were not sure that we will see the end of it. The problem was that we never received any specific instructions regarding the place where we were supposed to order these items, and we thought it would be at the counter of our section. According to the different counters we visited, we were supposed to pick up a voucher first at a supposedly client service desk, but we never found which one. We bought the tickets with ticketmaster.
